You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; if you are under 18, your parent or guardian should review these terms.
You agree to provide a real email address and to notify us if your account is compromised.
You may use ATARprepAI for personal study and educational purposes. You agree not to:
ATARprepAI is a study supplement, not a replacement for official study materials, teachers, or past exam papers. We make no guarantee that practice questions will match the exact style or content of your actual exam.
To keep the service fair and affordable for all users, quiz generation is limited to 10 quizzes per day and 4 per hour per account. Answer grading is limited to 30 submissions per hour. These limits may change.
The ATARprepAI application, design, and underlying code are owned by us. AI-generated quiz content is provided for your personal study use only.
You retain ownership of any notes or content you upload to generate questions. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating quiz questions.
ATARprepAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, error-free, or that it will improve your exam results. Use it as one tool among many in your study plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ATARprepAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us — all your data will be removed within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
